In this book, Margaret introduces you to the four lower chakras, their hidden power, and how to use EFT/Tapping to work with them. This is technical a book on EFT for the chakras. Your chakras can get blocked from various events and experiences in your life creating issues with fears, pain, self-doubt, procrastination, and health issues. Her take on EFT for the chakras is a refreshing approach to healing them, that I thoroughly enjoyed getting to learn in this book.
