Try yoga for 20 minutes and you get….

As with all other physical training, it requires regularity and fixed routines for us to make progress. But in yoga, there are no times or distances you have to reach, there is no visible finish line you have to cross, and no competitions you need to be ready for.

However, this does not mean that physical yoga does not require discipline and commitment. The physical and mental benefits you reap in connection with yoga, like all other training, require discipline.

The more you are willing to invest,
the more you get in return.

But the fantastic thing about yoga is precisely that, even with small investments, you will experience physical and mental improvements. I usually advise my students to train a minimum of 3 times a week. It doesn’t have to be 1 to 1 ½ hours of exercise each time, it can be as little as 10-20 minutes early in the morning or the evening in preparation for going to bed. It is the regularity that is the important aspect. Even by allocating only 20 min. you will be able to positively influence your body and mind.
